A woman has recently filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the oral contraceptive, Yas and Yazmin, claiming that they caused her damage to her gallbladder.
The lawsuit claims that the company failed to warn patients about risks associated with the drug even though they knew the risks. The woman took Yaz/Yasmin from 2001 to 2008. She was monitored by a gynecologist and she followed all instructions when taking the pill.
