Bayer Pharmaceuticals has withdrawn a lawsuit against Teva after accusing the company on infringing on one of their products, Yaz, and oral contraceptive. Bayer has accused Teva of using a generic version of Yaz.
Bayer dropped the suit in the Delaware District County Court but has continuing pursuing the issue in the Nevada County Court. A statement released by Bayer said that Bayer is passionate about fighting against infringement issues and will continue to fight against Teva’s Gianvi in Nevada.
