Woman sues Yasmin claiming pills caused gallbladder complications

Posted on July 26th, 2011 No Comments

A woman from Madison County is now suing the makers of the oral contraceptive, Yasmin, claiming that she experienced gallbladder complications after taking them.

According to the lawsuit that was filed, the woman was prescribed the birth control pill in April 2010 and she said that she was never aware of the risk that the oral contraceptive could increase potassium levels.

This increase can lead to gallbladder complications and pulmonary embolism. She claims that the medication caused her to have her gallbladder removed. She claims the company’s negligence was the reason for her pain and suffering.

If you or a loved one has faced serious health side effects after taking Yasmin, you need experienced representation on your side. Contact the Yasmin gallbladder complications lawsuit lawyers of Williams Hart today by calling 800-761-3187 today.
